Once you create your own personal login, you will then access your account using the login and password option. You would only be charged a fee if you need to make a payment. But we encourage you to create an account so that you can see your utility bill amount and usage anytime - including previous amounts and usage! The City offers a safe and convenient way to pay your utility bill without access to your account. Simply scroll to the bottom of this page and use a secure online payment system via SageExchange, our third-party payment processor. Payments can be made using your credit or debit card.
